NOTE: If you register as a non-member, and then decide to join ICES, please contact Gayle McMillan at gvmcmillan@aol.com and a refund will be issued for the difference. Refunds will not be given until 30 days after close of the Convention. If your membership lapses after you register for Convention and before Convention starts on July 20, 2006, you will be required to pay the additional non-member fee.
Convention Refund Policy
Requests for refunds postmarked before June 15, 2006 will be 75% of the registered amount. Any request after June 15, 2006 and before July 13, 2006 will be 50% of the registered amount and must be accompanied by a doctor's statement or a U. S. Visa denial. Extra meal tickets and souvenir fees will be refunded in full through July 13, 2006. NO refunds will be issued for cancellations after July 13, 2006. Changes or lapses in membership prior to convention may result in additional charges. Refund requests received after July 13, 2006 will be held until 30 days after the close of the convention & show.
For further info on the 2007 Convention, click here Other Events: Bake, Rattle, & Roll November 3-4, 2006 Leavenworth, KS The American Culinary Federation (A.C.F.) has approved and sanctioned this event which is sponsored by the Greater Kansas City Chef s Association. This 2-day event will include a judged cake show, decorating demonstrations, and product information as well as a silent auction. Decorating demonstrations by Laure l Silverberg, a chef trained at the Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, will focus on gelatin flowers, gum paste flowers, painting on cakes and chocolate, and mini-wedding cakes. Tickets to these demonstrations will be available in advance. Information regarding Bake, Rattle & Roll events will be posted on www.sissweets.com.
