Welcome to the International Cake Exploration Societé (ICES), an organization comprised of over 3500 sugar artists, cake decorators and vendors from all over the world. Their sugar art masterpieces can be as small as gum paste roses or as large as the beautiful towering sugar sculptures you've seen on televised competitions. Important Dates to Remember
July 8 — LAST DAY TO RENEW OR JOIN ICES in order to
register online for convention as a member. After this date, if you are not a member, you must register for
convention as a non-member or in person on site.
July 10 — Last day of online registration for existing members for the St.
Charles Convention, including discounted rates for Pheasant Run Resort or overflow hotels.
July 30 — St. Charles ICES Convention and Show begins. Join us for “A Sweet Time in ’09.” |
